We are paddlers who enjoy racing in all types of craft, including ICF sanctioned craft and other craft eligible to participate in local, regional, national and international competitions. And, we are paddlers who embrace competitors of all ages and abilities.
Our primary goal is to share information on paddle racing that might otherwise be difficult to find. The emphasis is on longer distances and marathon events, including U.S. Marathon Team Trials and World Marathon Championships.
And, of course, many of us who are developing athletes and aspiring elite competitors would like to improve our skills and race results. So, we provide referrals for training resources.

2027 ACA Marathon Trials & National Championships
The bidding process is now open for organizations that want to host the 2027 ACA Marathon Trials & National Championships. See the Marathon Event Guidelines under the Resource - Guidelines/References tab on this web site, link for host responsibilities. Applications should include plans for fulfilling all of the host requirements, including location, facilities, schedule, officials, support staff, lodging options, registration fees, budget and funding. The dates will be April 30 - May 2, 2027. The deadline for submitting applications is August 1, 2026 at 12:00 noon EDT.
